With regards to memory, the HT45F3820/3830 devices have a Flash Program Memory capacity of 1K/2K×16 bits, an SRAM Data Memory capacity of 64/128 bytes and an EEPROM Data Memory capacity of 32/64 bytes.

Other features include an integrated high accuracy 12MHz RC Oscillator and multiple Timer Modules which have comprehensive features in offering five different operating modes.
