The device contains a 2Kx16 Flash Program Memory, 128-byte Data Memory, 32-byte true Data EEPROM and has 6 stack levels. With regards to peripheral features, the device provides a range of practical functions such as a CO/GAS detection AFE, sensor fault detection circuit, 10-bit periodic timer module, multi-channel 12-bit A/D converter and a low power consumption high speed internal RC oscillator to name but a few. These features combine to offer a highly cost effective dedicated CO/GAS detection MCU.

In addition to implementing a CO/GAS AFE front-end amplification function, a sensor fault detection circuit and an LDO are included in the device, thus reducing greatly the external component costs. A flexible UART/SPI/I2C serial interface is also integrated to allow for communication between sensor modules and master controllers or other smart home products.

The device is supplied in 10-pin SOP, 16-pin NSOP and 20-pin SSOP package types making it applicable for use in various applications for a range of different design requirements.
