Holtek announces the release of its new Bluetooth Beacon transmission body fat scale Flash MCUs, the BH66F71662 and BH66F71652. The devices include a fully integrated Bluetooth Beacon transmission circuit, body fat scale circuit and 24-bit A/D converter, features which combine to make the devices suitable for use in a variety of four-electrode LED Bluetooth transmission AC body fat scales and other related products.

With regards to MCU resources, the BH66F71662/BH66F71652 devices include a Flash Program Memory capacity of 16K×16/8K×16, a Data Memory capacity of 512×8/384×8, an EEPROM capacity of 64×8/32×8, LED driver and various communication interfaces. The devices include an integrated Bluetooth transmission circuit which can easily implement Bluetooth Beacon transmission functions, thus simplifying product development and production. T

he devices have a fully integrated four-electrode AC body fat circuit which use AC body fat measurement technology to implement more accurate impedance measurements and also greatly reduce the external component requirements. This results in major reductions in BOM costs as well as improved productivity. The internal 24-bit A/D Converter circuit together with the internal LDO can provide power to external sensors for weight measurement purposes.

As for packaging, the devices are supplied in 46-pin QFN package types. With their abundant system resources and comprehensive range of functions, the devices can meet the needs of a wide range of diversified health measurement products.
