The devices contain a 1K×14/4K×16/4K×16 Flash Program Memory, a 64×8/256×8/256×8 RAM and a 32×8/128×8/128×8 EEPROM. With regards to peripheral features, the devices also include a 10-bit PTM, a 10-bit STM, a multi-channel 12-bit A/D converter as well as UART and SPI/I2C communication interfaces. The fully integrated CO/GAS detection AFE integrates the self-test and amplification circuits required by CO/GAS sensors.

The temperature sensor can also be used for CO sensor temperature compensation. The integrated LCD/LED display drive function can greatly reduce the peripheral circuit components normally required for display driving thus simplifying the product design.

The devices are supplied in 8/10-pin SOP, 16-pin NSOP, 20/24/28-pin SSOP, 32-pin QFN and 48-pin LQFP package types. Compared with the previous BA45F6730 device, these new devices have an increased Flash ROM and RAM memory capacity and include an additional display driver and temperature sensor to meet the needs of more diverse CO/GAS detection products.
