Intergraph's integrated portfolio offers asset management, field support, workforce management and support for reporting activities. The GRMS system will improve operations, grant better customer service, reduce risk, improve process efficiencies and reduce organizational costs.

“We are impressed by the capabilities and functionalities of the Fiber Optic Works environment,” said Vladimiro Rinaldi, operations director of Retelit S.p.A. “Using Intergraph’s FOW, Retelit will improve the planning and deployment of the fiber optic network and will be used to draw the network and configure the system.”

Retelit will also implement Intergraph’s G/Technology NetViewer, which combines standard Web access to the database with “smart graphics” and a variety of tools to enable the development of robust Web applications. G/Technology NetViewer provides different access permissions which enables Retelit to allow network operations center and field teams to analyze the network.
