“I don't see any competition between Taiwan and Mainland China, as our COMPUTEX TAIPEI is focused on business to business, while business to customer is more popular at the ICT exhibitions in China.” When asked by a foreign reporter, Walter Yeh, Executive Vice President of TAITRA stated as above, referring to that COMPUTEX TAIPEI is one of a kind here in Asia and has already formed its uniqueness and reputation.
“One out of five products at COMPUTEX TAIPEI this year is something about Internet of Things (IoT), wearables are the fastest growing category along with the handheld devices.” Walter Yeh added, “Two years from now we will be opened another new exhibition hall, which will help Taiwan attract 70 percent more international customers to come.”
