Source said that the ASP of iPhone battery is around US$ 6 to 7 dollars, it was mostly provided by Japanese and Chinese battery firms, however, the Taiwanese firms Dynapack and Simplo Technology have become part of the supply chain, and benefited their performance a lot.

According to Apple, the future battery orders will be totally automated, only the Simplo Technology has the complete automated product line, whereas Dynapack might be marginalized.
