Currently, Asus Brazil’s Zenfone 5 series is already out of stock. The new Zenfone 5 (8G) 1.2GHz series of customized products will go on sale in November and are expected to sell for 600 Brazilian reals. The Zenfone 6 will cost 1,000 Brazilian reals.

In order to coordinate Asus’ supply chain operations in Brazil, Asus CEO Jerry Shen visited Brazil and obtained the full support of its major OEM partners. This will enable local businesses to take orders and production operations to run more smoothly.

Asus has not yet commented on its business operations in Brazil and has only stated that its smartphone sales have already made a profit in the third quarter. This profit foundation maintains the original goal of selling approximately 8 million units this year.

In addition to experiencing strong sales in Brazil, Asus smartphones are also a success in India. According to the “Flipkart” statistics in India, the Zenfone 4 is currently the fourth best-selling cellphone out of all the brands and models in India.

At the same time, in addition to outselling the top three Indian brands (Micromax, Karbonn, and Spice), Asus has also surpassed Samsung’s sales volumes in India.
