The polybasic conference programs cover super precision machining, intelligent automation, control systems and various latest machine tool solutions. In addition, there will be a seminar for Central Taiwan Science Park Investment Program and a presentation of German advanced technology.

TMTS successfully extends its influence to the global machine tool market by ramping up in scale and quality with over 3,700 booths and 45 percent growth in exhibitor numbers. The show reaches the international standard and this year it has the venue divided into five main areas, including Metal Cutting Machine Tools, Metal Forming Machine Tools, Components, and International Associations and Media Area, etc.

Goodway manufactures CNC lathes, power turrets, counter spindles and other core components of a machine tool is one of the exhibitors at TMTS 2014. The company invests heavily on R&D every year in order to keep its products competitive in the market.

At TMTS 2014, Goodway demonstrates its GTX-2000Y, a multi-turret turn-mill machine. The machine is equipped with Ø8” hydraulic chuck, Ø65 mm bar nominal diameter. It has double spindles and two turrets together forming two systems as either up or down turrets can process front and back side of either the first or the second spindle.

The machine can process balanced cutting, hence its function is actually equivalent to two turn-mill machines. By the way, its space coverage is just 4m (length) x 2.5m (depth). In addition GTX-2000Y is subject to an optional G.Line350 system, ensuring efficient processing.

Chairman Yang takes TMTS as one of the most important events of Goodway. Goodway sells out 1,500 CNC machines a year. The Goodway production is increasing as its business has been expanding rapidly lately.
