MediaTek's General Manager Xie Qing-jiang pointed out that its tablet chipset MT8135 has been adopted by Amazon along with other customers, plus the LTE chipset will complete the tablet product line, becoming the new growth driver.

However, despite the slow growth of tablet market, MediaTek hopes to better its performance than all the other competitors in terms of staying competitive in products.
