Taiwanese Startups to Debut at COMPUTEX 2015

TAIPEI, Taiwan - To promote the international awareness of Taiwan’s startups, the National Development Council(NDC) and Epoch Foundation will introduce “Meet The Future” innovation and startups theme pavilion at Computex TWTC Hall 3 during June 2 to June 6, 2015.

In addtion, NDC will showcase Taiwan’s innovation and technology energy regarding three dimensions: “Smart Mobility,” “Smart Home” and “Smart Living.” Meanwhile, the Innovation Symposium on June 5 will welcome experts both from industries and around the world to share their technology vision and industry experience.
The executive team— Epoch Foundation Garage+, an incubator and accelerator organization in Taiwan, explains: this theme pavilion uses “stonehenge,” “life tree” and “ark” as the main imagery to symbolize these startups connecting the culture, innovative technology and product application from the past to the future in order to bring a better life to human beings.
On the other hand, this theme pavilion also directly introduces startups and buyers from every quarter of the globe via Comptex, the prestigious international event, showing their confidence in competing with huge corporations and carry forward Taiwan’s unique entrepreneurship.
The startups in the theme pavilion will be dispersed into three topic groups: “Smart Home” represented by Zillians Inc., LinkNext Technologies Co., Ltd. and HERE Co., Ltd., and “Smart Mobility” delineated by GAIUS Automotive, bOMDIC Inc. and Adenovo Tech Inc.,as well as “Smart Living” portrayed by Aidmics Biotechnology, Maktar Inc. and UFRO Inc..
To deepen the vision of “Meet The Future,” Garage+ will hold “Meet The Future Innovation Symposium,” where a number of industry experts will share their experiences and insights regarding cloud computing, big data and IoT.
