"The world of education is constantly evolving, and we are thrilled to be working with Edmodo, a company that has made huge strides in offering innovative solutions to help teachers connect to their students, parents and administrators," said Masaaki Isozu, President of Sony Global Education.

Using Edmodo Connect, a feature that enables teachers and students to log into third-party educational applications using their Edmodo credentials, Sony Global Education will provide a seamless onboarding experience. With the click of a button, educators and students will gain access to valuable resources and activities.

In addition, Sony Global Education will make Global Math Challenge materials available on Edmodo Spotlight, the learning platform's recently launched content marketplace, making Sony the first partner to provide Japanese content to a growing repository.

"Edmodo is committed to interactive learning, and we are looking forward to working with Sony to grow our business with quality partners and develop new ways to promote learning on a global basis," said Heath Silverman, head of international business at Edmodo.
