Located in Taipei World Trade Center Hall 1, the SmarTEX is going to involve the security applications, smart home and entertainment, smart wearables, car electronics, 3D applications and smart technology solutions.

Five minutes by walking from Hall 1, the InnoVEX area located in Hall 3 is designed as a “startup village”. Hand with the domestic and foreign startups, the InnoVEX will be decorated with open booth and meeting space style. In addition to briskly decoration design, InnoVEX will hold startups forum and workshop events to meet the needs of new ventures for interaction, demonstration and capital matchmaking.

There are other specialized theme areas, included "systems and solutions area", "smart business" and “Embedded and Smart Manufactueing”.

COMPUTEX TAIPEI 2016 is scheduled to take place at May 31 to June 4 2016.
