Advantech, TaiDoc Technology Joint Launch Real-Time Physiological Data Platform

TAIPEI, Taiwan -Advantech Handed with TaiDoc Technology Corporation, a Taiwanese medical devices provider, to launch the " Real-Time Physiological Data Platform " solution that integrates TaiDoc’s 5-in-1 Vital Sign Monitor (TD-2300), Advantech medical tablet (MICA-071), mobile nursing cart (AMiS-50), and touch whiteboard computer (UTC-520), to create the world's first Taiwan-made real-time medical physiology measurement solutions.

“Real-time Physiological Data Platform” can automatically uploaded data to back-end management systems while nurses taking blood pressure, body temperature and heart rate from patient, and synchronous rendering on tablets, mobile nursing care, electronic whiteboard and other devices. It not only can reduce manual transcription or data entry workload, but also can immediately grasp the patient physiological information.

Yu Jin-shu, deputy general manager of Advantech Intelligent, said that with the advent of the era of IoTs, the integration of IoT technology and measuring physiological information is an inevitable trend. Thus, Advantech and Taibo Technology decided jointly launched “Real-time Physiological Data Platform” which is a total Taiwan-made solution from software to hardware.

Chen Chao-Wang, chairman of Taibo Technology, said, this Taiwan birthed “real-time physiological data platform” will raise the needs of local medical equipment in Taiwan's medical institutions, will not only help healthcare institutions to improve their operational efficiency, but also to further enhance the medical evaluation results.

“Real-time Physiological Data Platform” has began to enter trial stage in Taiwan medical center hospital, is expected to be listed in China and Asia-Pacific markets by the end of this year.
