E Ink Invests in Wuxi Wei Feng Technology to Expand the ePaper Market

HSINCHU, Taiwan - E Ink Holdings today announced an investment by its wholly owned subsidiary, Transcend Optronics Co. Ltd, in Wuxi Wei Feng Technology Co. Ltd “Wei Feng.” With this investment E Ink and Wei Feng will form a strategic partnership and join resources to expand the market and promote the use of ePaper in applications such as electronic price tags, electronic shelf labels and other applications.

E Ink will provide technical support to Wei Feng in developing new ePaper based products and manufacturing capability.
