The remaining six categories are: Gaming Devices & Content of Games, Cloud Communication and Storage, Systems + Mobile Communication, (Computer) Hardware + Components, Audio/Video, and Peripherals + Accessories.
COMPUTEX d&i awards provide a major stage to showcase the latest innovative capabilities relevant to global ICT companies and startups. First, the d&i awards will be presented at the COMPUTEX TAIPEI trade show opening ceremony to increase exposure for the winning companies, to help them find investors and establish partnerships. Also, winning products will display at COMPUTEX and at other major global ICT shows, including IFA, CES, MWC, Indocomtech, and COM-IT to create business opportunities in local markets.
The purpose of the d&i awards is to encourage integration of innovative applications and industrial technology development. Each year, COMPUTEX TAIPEI receives hundreds of entries, with hot new ICT products selected by a jury of top global industrial designers. Selections are based on the following five standards: innovation and elaboration, functionality, aesthetics, responsibility and positioning.
Throughout its decade-long history, the d&i awards have emerged as an index of ICT excellence. Participants include major Asian, European and North American tech companies.
