Since the announcement of Dr. Tsai as Co-CEO by the Board of Directors, Dr. Tsai has intensively been understudying company operations and interacting with the various teams within the company. His coming onboard now is advantageous in the positioning and implementation of various corporate strategies.
Dr. Tsai and Chairman Ming-Kai Tsai will be jointly responsible for the entire company operational leadership and the execution of business strategies. To begin with, he will directly assume leadership over worldwide sales, technology and engineering research and development, manufacturing operations and information technology.
