APCSCRM 2018 to be held in July in Beijing, China
Published: Apr 24,2018To promote the development of silicon carbide and other wide bandgap semiconductors of the Asia-Pacific region, The Asia-Pacific Conference on Silicon Carbide and Related Materials (APCSCRM 2018) will be held on July 9-12, 2018 in Beijing with over 400 participants, which is sponsored by IAWBS (Innovation Association of Wide Bandgap Semiconductor Technology), IOP(Institute of physics of Chinese academy of sciences) and Beijing Ceramic Society.

The APCSCRM 2018 conference will focus on topics related to wide-bandgap materials (such as SiC, GaN, AlN, diamond, Ga2O3 etc.), including research development and application of Materials Growth, Materials structure & physical properties, Optoelectronic & power devices and related equipments. Extensive exchanges will be carried out which will greatly enhance industry-university-research cooperation and communication.
APCSCRM will be a high level conference on Silicon Carbide and Related Materials，Devices and Application in the Asia-Pacific region. From 2018, the conference will be held annually at different locations in the Asia-Pacific region.
