HOLTEK New HT66F3195 A/D MCU with EEPROM

Holtek announces the release of a new addition to its A/D type Flash MCU range with the new cost-effective HT66F3195. The device is pin compatible with the HT66F0195 and provides a wide operating voltage range of 1.8V~5.5V, high accuracy HIRC and LIRC oscillators, more accurate A/D converter reference voltage and a smaller QFN package size.

The device will find excellent used in household appliance products such as washing machines, dish-washing machines, vacuum cleaners, power banks, soybean milk machines, etc., or in small profile products such as electronic cigarettes, smart wearable devices, lithium battery protection boards, etc.

The HT66F3195 has a Flash Program Memory capacity of 8K×16, an SRAM Data Memory capacity of 512×8 and a true EEPROM capacity of 128×8. As for peripheral functions, the device contains multifunctional Timer Modules, a 12-bit A/D converter, comparators, IAP, SPI, I2C and UART interfaces.

Under conditions of constant temperature and voltage, the 8/12/16MHz HIRC has an accuracy of ±1%, the 32KHz LIRC has an accuracy of ±2% and the A/D converter reference voltage has an accuracy of 1.2V±0.3%. Regarding packaging the device is supplied in 20-pin SOP, 24/28-pin SOP/SSOP and 24/28-pin QFN package types
